MONOLITH BLOCK is an actively developing construction company that was established in 2019

Our main specialisation is capital construction, concrete works of al degrees of difficulty, as well as all types of masonry works.

We have participated in civil engineering and industrial construction projects. Our portfolio currently includes over 30 projects. Our specialists worked successfully in numerous European countries. They obtained their experience in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, and Belgium.

Serhii Maksymenko

After graduating from the National Aviation University, Faculty of Management, I moved to Europe to gain experience in the organization and construction of buildings.
And the whole story began in 2019. I gathered a team of specialists in the field of construction and founded the company “ MONOLITH BLOCK”. I signed a contract for performing works for a general contractor in Belgium, which gave a big impetus to the development of the company.

My head has always been occupied with ideas of global importance. Designing and construction of something new has always inspired me.
